Want to get in touch with your favourite creator? Good news: it's really easy. FansDirect explains how you can reach them directly via DM:
- Via the message icon: Tap the message icon at the bottom of your screen. You'll land straight on the Chats page, where you can see all your DM’s with creators. Look for the speech bubble in the image below.
- For a new message: once you log in, you'll see a notification if you have new messages. Click it and you'll be taken straight to your chats.
- Via email notification: Got an email saying a creator has sent you a message? Click “Open now” in the email and you'll go straight to the conversation.
- After subscribing: As soon as you subscribe, you get instant access to that creator's DMs. Tap “Open” next to the Direct Messaging perk to start the conversation.
- Via your profile: Click your avatar, open the Subscriptions tab, pick the creator and click “Message” to open the conversation.
