Amouranth Fansly, LoyalFans and OnlyFans review 2026

Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa (born 1993 or 1994) is an American streamer and adult creator from Houston, Texas, with a background in cosplay. She broke through as a pioneer of the so-called hot tub meta and her ASMR streams, and for years she was the most-watched female streamer in the world. If you want the full biography, head to Amouranth on Wikipedia, with her real name, awards and business ventures.

Alongside her work in front of the camera, she built an impressive portfolio: a Circle K gas station franchise (2021), an inflatable toy company (2022), real estate, crypto and a stake in esports organization Wildcard Gaming (2024). In March 2025 she was the victim of an armed home invasion in Houston, in which the robbers demanded access to her crypto.

Amouranth Fansly

Fansly is Amouranth's main platform. Her account is API-verified as active, with over 1.76 million followers, almost 1,400 photos, around 350 videos and 16 bundles. The model is freemium: free to follow, with paid PPV content and a VIP tier for those who want more. Regular discount promotions lower the barrier for new subscribers. The bio sends visitors to her central link page, full of sponsor links, merch and links to each separate channel.

You can read more about her content, price and interaction on Fansly in the full review.

Amouranth LoyalFans

The account at loyalfans.com/amouranth is active and publicly reachable; Amouranth promotes it through her own Linktree page under the name amouranthlf. The exact subscription price sits behind a login, so we can't verify it publicly; expect a PPV model similar to Fansly. How much content is exclusive to LoyalFans compared with her other channels is impossible to check from the outside, and it depends on her current strategy for each platform.

Amouranth OnlyFans

OnlyFans is Amouranth's third paid channel. The page is behind a login, so the current price and activity can't be checked on the public page. The logo and link are on her own link page.

Free channels: Instagram, TikTok

Besides the paid stuff, you can follow Amouranth for free on Instagram (@amouranth) and TikTok (@amouranth). That's where you'll find previews and teasers; the paid content is only on Fansly. Heads up: fake accounts under well-known names are out there, and only the handles above are official.

We rate every creator on the same four criteria. Here's what we found at Amouranth for each one.

Content quality: what does Amouranth offer?

Amouranth combines two types of content. On the free side it's all about livestreaming: hot tub streams, ASMR and just chatting with viewers on Twitch (6.1 million followers) and Kick (around 267 thousand followers, active since June 2023). After about two years on Kick, she made her return to Twitch in 2025. On the paid side, on Fansly and OnlyFans, she offers explicit and glamour-focused photo and video sets with a clear cosplay signature running through them. She also offers personalized video messages via Cameo. Want to understand how a multi-layered setup like that works before you start yourself? Read what a creator actually does.

Interaction with fans

At Amouranth's scale, personal contact is limited. Interaction mostly happens in her Discord community and on her Twitch and Kick livestreams, not through direct messages on Fansly or OnlyFans. The VIP tier on Fansly promises girlfriend roleplay, but in practice the contact feels more businesslike than intimate. If personal attention is what you're after, you'll usually find it more easily with smaller creators: our overview of new creators is a good place to start, and for a broad comparison, use our creator comparison.

Price and value

Fansly works without a fixed monthly rate: the account is free to follow, with paid PPV content and a VIP tier that costs extra. On OnlyFans, $14.99 a month is the commonly quoted price, but because the account is login-gated the current price may differ, and older figures floating around online haven't been verified. The price on LoyalFans is also login-gated and so can't be verified publicly, though we expect a PPV model similar to Fansly's. Her overall income model is broad: subscriptions and one-off purchases on the paid platforms, plus Cameo videos, merchandise and affiliate deals.

Originality and presentation

On Instagram she's active as @amouranth (handle confirmed via her own link page), and she uses that same recognizable name on all her channels. Siragusa clearly positions herself as an entrepreneur who turned streamer fame into an empire. Bold, businesslike and self-assured, she presents herself as much as a business mogul as an entertainer. On LoyalFans she uses exclusive content to set it apart from her other channels. Her reputation is well backed up: a Streamer Award for Best ASMR Streamer (2021) and an AVN Award for Favorite Creator Site Star (2023).

She's widely documented as a top 0.01% earner on OnlyFans; her reported revenue there is said to be over 57 million dollars between 2020 and 2024. She's announced several times that she's quitting explicit work, but so far she's kept the profile. Thinking of going down this road yourself? See how to become a creator and what it involves.
